Too much money for the condition of the house.

location and own pool villa.

The house is dated and needs a lot of work. the master bathroom had a sewage smell that did not go away so we could not sleep in that room. the AC in the master bedroom was also leaking so we could also not use it. the bed in the second bedroom is terrible! if one person moves the other person shakes. the sink in the second bathroom had a leak, the third bathroom did not have hot water and we found a roach in there. the couch is broken so when you sit it squeaks and cranks. the kitchen had very little to work with so if you plan to cook look other way. To add insult to injury the house manager told us that the owner failed to to pay the spotty internet bill and we had no internet the last few days. The garden was poorly maintained with lots of dead leaves. the washing machine was disgusting so I asked the cleaners to clean it. The last thing I will say is that in this house you have absolutely no privacy the staff and cleaners walk into the house as they please .. they come every day between 10-11am to clean or provide you with water or check up on you. which is really nice but If you are looking for that private home this is not the place. the house manager is super nice and amazing. she wants to fix things right away and serve but this house has too many problems for her to fix in 5 days. The location is good steps from the beach and close to town. The pool is very nice but not as big as you think from the pics.
