Poor

Very disapointing stay at this hotel

The room was spacious and there was a parking lot ( very small though)

- breakfast is miserable - room service is bad - no hot water for 24h and nobody fixed it despite many complains - the room was not cleaned / made / bedsheet not changed despite a clear request - loud location - stains on the couch in the bedroom - personnal not very friendly ( except Baris)

We know it was the off season, but cleaning the room is basic

Location and hotel property itself was beautiful, nice pool, close to the beach, and conveniently located

The staff was kind enough to warn us about large groups staying there, and upon retiring for bed, we could hear the screams and shrieks of teenage girls having a sleepover in the suite above us including them moving furniture for no reason at all up till about 3 am. We stayed there for 2 nights, 2 adult women, and we were advised not to flush toilet paper. We were shocked to find out that when we returned from excursions (day 2) that the room had not been cleaned and when we called the front desk to tell them we were going out again and wanted the room clean , to which they said no problem, and put the door tag up for the room to be cleaned , we returned to find the trash in the bathroom still full, nothing mopped , and dirty towels everywhere. We called the desk again and they brought us fresh towels and tried to make excuses, and interrupted us as we tried to explain we had already called .
