    Clean, bed comfortable, hot water. Owner is very friendly and allowed us to store a bag for free for over a week while we travelled.

    Bad place to stay in negombo

    All, the location was smelly. The owner is old and not very welcoming. We ordered omelet for breakfast, although he made them but forgot to serve them until we politely ask for it. Toilets were in poor condition.

    Not the best place for a solo traveler
    The owner is nice. Aircon works.
    The neighborhood felt a little grimey for a solo traveler. The room was located in the reception and could do with some maintenance work. Where the fan used to hang, there is tape. No hot water. Hate to say it, but would not book this hotel again.

    Sebastian the owner is very nice, good breakfast and cares for you :) beach is next to the hotel but not really fir swimming. But i enjoyed it and couldnt ask for more after 12hr flight dont expect a luxury hotel, but for backpackers i think its great :)

    Great room and bathroom. Perfect Sri Lankian breakfast. The Villa also arranged airport drop off, which was really nice.
    Little bit further away from restaurants and the good beach, but near to bus/train station.
