    After a late check-in, had delicious supper and drinks until late. Great DJ and service. A fantastic sleep in the super comfortable bed. Brilliant service, spotlessly clean and super vibe. Great location for arrival by car or by rail.

    There were some bad stains in bedsheets, toilet roll and curtains which kinda bumped me out, otherwise I would have a better score

    Impressed, will probably join the brand's loyalty programme on the basis of my stay.
    The atmosphere is relaxed but with amazing service. I wanted to spend some time relaxing at the hotel and the staff made me feel welcome--I really felt I wasn't just another nameless guest. The room was nicely designed and the hotel has made clear efforts towards sustainability, something I really appreciate.
    I'll have to stay again to find any faults....

    Love the Mama Shelter brand. Staff was super accommodating. Best lemon drop martini Ive ever had although the bartender had to look it up, he was very skilled.
    Dangerous at night. There were about 5 drug addicts outside losing their minds when I went out for a smoke.

    Everything was great and would easily stay again.
    Pretty well everything - location, excellent staff, funky design, great bed, restaurants. All just a bit different to the norm.
    I just missed a kettle so I could make my own tea/coffee.
