Very poor

Disappointing

Good location for designer shopping

Service on everything was very slow and poor. The house keepers dont understand you and when cleaning the room they took my Tax back form and my sons new Hunter wellies, along with an expensive bikini bottoms. The hotel pool is poor and no one is ever in it because there is no where to relax and lay down round it.

Peninsula has you beaten all day long in paris.

Location was great.

I have stayed at many MOs around the world. The standard of service, attention to detail and quality was nowhere near the appropriate level. Bar awful. Breakfast room noisy and service slow. Housekeeping sloppy.
