Exceptional

Staff was welcoming and always open to any questions. We were able to check in earlier and rent a scotter in the hotel for 200 THB/day. Rooms are very clean. Great value for the money, recommended!

Excellent stay in Koh Tao

The staff at this place are excellent, from the moment they greeted us we saw how nice and helpful they were at all times and they pay so much attention to every detail. There are some local restaurants walking distance, but you can also drive scooter 5 minutes to the main restaurant/bar area and some amazing beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back if I go back to Koh Tao.

Superb

Friendly and attentive staff, they recommended us places to go and activities for every day of our stay. They told which beach to go in the morning and in the afternoon in order to avoid the waves and the crowds. They also assisted us with renting scooters directly from them. We quite like the eco-friendly policy of the hotel. Will definitely visit again!

Excellent hotel with amazing staff

Mar24 is in a great location - away from the busiest part of the island but still really close to everything. The family room is spacious and beds are comfortable. The staff are incredibly lovely and helpful with suggestions for activities on the island and hiring a motorbike from them was very straight-forward. They also give you two towels per person so you can take one to the beach and then change over one towel each day. My children loved the little snacks they leave in the basket outside the room each day! Honestly I loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

I loved this place, but what made it perfect were the staff. The lady on the front desk "Kung" and her male colleague were so helpful, all of the time. They were always happy to help and professional at all times. The cleaning staff always smiled & said hello, and the place was always spotless. We rented a scooter here and would have booked a snorkel trip, but the weather was poor, so it was not possible.

Fantastic

We had a lovely stay here, bed was comfy, room was clean, new supplies everyday whether you had the room cleaned or not. The pool was a lovely extra, would definitely stay here again
