The service and attentiveness of the staff. Special shout-out to Paul Selpa and the Flow team at the gym and spa for the wonderful and personalised service. Apart from the clean, state-of-the-art gym, I loved the 'extra' touches ie the infused water, fruit and healthy smoothies.

It was an average stay, Ill probably never book it again though.
The room view at night into the city on the 28th floor was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was amazing as well.
The breakfast was honestly subpar, out of all the hotels Ive stayed at the breakfast here was average. It was not worth the extra money especially being next to a Jollibee. The elevators felt like a maze just to reach the rooms.
