About This Property

Maria's Place is a beautifully designed studio apartment complex situated at the entrance of Oia, 700 meters from the centre and 300 metres from the scenic pedestrian street of the village. The room (Read More)s have a beautiful view to the poolside, local vineyards, fields and the sea and most months you can also enjoy the sunset from your own balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily, are air conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchenette to enjoy your own made meals, your coffee and tea. To reach the main pedestrian road on the cliffside you only need to make a short 10 minutes’ walk. Its location is convenient as there is a bus stop only a few metres away, restaurants and mini markets. The front desk can provide guests with all the information needed to explore the island of Santorini and reach its hidden and known magical beauties and landscapes.

Exceptional

Ana made my stay extra-special! When I arrived, she spent time to help me plan out my stay. That was certainly above and beyond my expectations. The daily breakfast was delicious, and I received a friendly greeting every morning. I love the location between Oia and Finikia. I could walk to both towns, and the local bus stop was closeby to get to other parts of the island.

Located on the east side of Oia, with a nice view of the sea (not the caldera). Great buffet breakfast made it a very good value. On the quiet side of the city, walking distance to the toursit area.

A little gem!

Great location - a few minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Oia. Great hostess Ana- nothing was too much trouble and she was so welcoming. Clean, well equipped, lovely pool. Great value for money too.

Everything was perfect for us . Apartment was very clean and comfortable.Check in was easy and breakfast each morning with plenty of choice . Maria and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend and return again . Thank you for a lovely stay

Wonderful day In beautiful Oia

Beautiful apartments. Very quiet, but within comfortable walking distance of Oia. Anna was very welcoming and was keen to impart ideas for trips and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Sad to leave.

Anna is a lovely helpful lady with lots of information to impart when you arrive and she is super friendly. The rooms are lovely a d bright with everything you need .The bed is super comfy and there is a gorgeous bathroom and luxury shower . I had a pool and sea view ground floor so I could just nip over my balcony in the mornings and be poolside instantly ! Santorini Oia is fantastic and only 5 mins walk and the same for Finikia .Anna arranged all my trips which were fab .

Just avoid Oia restaurants who just rip you off and go straight for Kriniki Taverna in Finikia were you will get traditional Greek food and hospitality !

Great place with a friend great rate...

Room was clean, their were separate towels for pool and shower, bed was comfortable and my balcony faced the pool area with a sea view. There is a market and restaurant less than 5 mins from hotel for snacks. It's also close to 15 mins to Oia's boardwalk filled with restaurants and stores. Anna, the owner, was helpful on a particular issue which I much appreciated. Overall, nice, comfortable, hotel with a decent but filling breakfast. I would stay again.

Overall its pretty nice

Everything was really good . It was only 10 min walk from the Oia village .

The only issue we had that the water was not draining properly in the shower . The bathroom was flooded when I took the shower .
