Exceptional

The accommodation was super comfortable. We had room service everyday we were there and they would refill us with new water bottles, toilet paper and fresh clean towels. We decided to extend our stay as we enjoyed the accommodation so much and it was great value. Everything was super clean, the bathroom was great and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a bit far from the main city are of Bangkok but we didnt mind at all as the quality and price of the accommodation made up for the location. The location was also awesome in terms of being close to authentic local markets which we had a great time checking out.

Very good

Satisfactory hotel, within reasonable distance to Samrong or Bearing BTS. Room is clean and decently equipped.Balcony is small, and only 1 chair is provided, so 2 people cannot sit outside together. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly regarding provision on TM30 form for visa extension.

Very good

I am satisfied with the staffs service.

I am taking my kids to go ice skating at Imperial World mall . This is the only hotel closed to this mall. Therefore, the location is my first choice. I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. it is tasty.

I don't like that particular pathway to the hotel because it is quite quiet. I feel unsafe walking to the hotel at night.

Well priced for the location. Very friendly staff

The staff were absolutely delightful, very friendly and helpful. Facilities as expected from photos etc. Shuttle service excellent.

The location is a little challenging but short walk to big shopping centre and shuttle available to BTS

I wont be staying here again.

Friendly staff.

WiFi in my room didnt work. Room service food was bland. It was about 300-500 meters to nearest street food or 7-11 or mall. Several Taxi drivers refused me service when I showed them Hotel address.
