    Room was clean and tidy, good food and staff were excellent. Would definately stay again.

    Due to the location,staff and value for money i will book this hotel again.
    Good location,friendly staff and free parking.
    The mattress and pillows were not the best. The lift had a mind of its own.

    The double bed was 2 singles pushed together and one mattress was slightly higher than the other so wasnt comfortable for my little one to cuddle into me when he got upset in the night

    Not the best experience.
    Breakfast on the first morning was cold. Second morning because I complaint was obviously zapped in microwave before being served. From then on could only get better.
    The water in our bathroom was cold for the first three days, improved as the week went on.

    Facilities were great, warm and cosy, everything was close by and walking distance including beach cinema entertainment harbour town centre shops train station cliffs bars restaurants.
    Car park was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre into due to the ramp going down and tight spaces for a medium sized coup car if you were able to find a spot.
