For us it was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had and definitely the worst value for money. The worst was being yel

- early check-in was possible - the technical engineer was friendly - the cleaning staff do a good job

- nothing seems to have been updated since construction - uncomfortable bed and bed linens - broken toilet that required maintenance intervention making us late for evening engagement - walls are thin - hammers hanging all afternoon long - noise, noise, noise during the night because of nightclub preventing sleep - noisy concert Friday evening preventing nap - no possibility for a commercial gesture to compensate for the above - request to dialogue with hotel manager was refused - receptionist agent became agressive
