    a great short visit. besides short hiccup with taxi service getting to hotel on first day
    the taxi service in Quebec city. had a hard time with the driver with language barrier and was dropped at wrong hotel

    The location was perfect! A great home base. Very clean too!
    Buffet breakfast was adequate, food was good, the same each day. Would have preferred a menu.

    We will be back to visit Quebec and will definitely stay here.
    Location is excellent. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and new. The breakfast amazing. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The staff at dinner was completely under staffed ..we waited an extremely long time for service
    The breakfast Buffett was less than expected and not worth the price the service at dinner was the worst could not have been any worse completely understaffed and the waiter that was there didnt know what he was doing some other customers actually walked out the cook had to help serve food because the waiter was so over whelmed ..the front desk help watch and didnt bother to help until my husband got up and asked them to help clear tables ..they cleared ours and walked away while other customers could have used service
    The restaurant staff was no existentand the one that was there was not trained well enough ..the front desk looked on and didnt pitch in to help just stood there looking board

    Everything was perfect - the staff were very helpful, the location was perfect - right at the entrance to the old city and were able to get everywhere on foot. It was a perfect stay.

    After finally getting checked in it was fine a little expensive after all the taxes and fees they added though
    Location was great
    When I went to get our rooms they couldnt find our reservation had to wait for them they wanted our confirmation but only had Booking.coms didnt help finally found them had my name backwards instead of Rose Hood it was in Hood Rose I was afraid they wouldnt find our reservation
