Fab apartment - just a little tired

Amazing location

Communication is poor at weekends. You must have a working mobile with you to get emails. No staff at reception . Its a nightmare if you have heavy cases - there are ALOT of steps to get up with no help available. The property is huge, great space with good facilities but its really tired and needs a spruce up. Its up a VERY steep hill so not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues at all. Asked for an extra half an hour to check out due to the next art of our trip being cancelled and needed time to sort and the woman who answered was very rude. There is a way to say no and the way she chose was just plain rude.

The location is great, only a short walk to where you need to get to and the staff are the most helpful and accommodatin

We spend New Years Eve here in surely beach and the best part was sitting in our balcony with a bottle of bubbly watching the fireworks from the town. The location is great, only a short walk to where you need to get to and the staff are the most helpful and accommodating. Weve been in Australia for a 4 week holiday and we both agree this has been the best place out of it all. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our view was amazing and the unit was plenty big enough for us as a couple. The staff were friendly and helpful and whilst the unit is a bit older it was a good size, very stylish and comfortable

Spacious and comfortable apartment with incredible views.

Very spacious apartment with fabulous views over the coast line. The infinity pool was lovely but could have been warmer! The location was good and close to the Main Street with bars and restaurants, slightly negated by the steep hill.

The apartment did not have a safe which for us travelling and out and about taking part in water activities is essential. We also felt that the communal area around the pool was a little 'tired' and needed cleaning in areas.

Loved the edge pool with beautiful views.

Hill to walk up to resort from shops and restaurants however it didnt take too long and the views were worth it!

Lovely overall but would not recommend because of the steep terrain

Great view

Too many steps to carry baggage up and down.The appartment was in need of painting,also could have some ambient lighting.The steep hill was too much to handle every day in the heat
