    Good but required further improvement in mutual conversation.
    The location is perfect for tourists like us. Just opposite the train station and walking distance to supermarket. It's very central and good for traveling.
    I may suggest that to summarize all the terms and conditions, especially with regards to the "Check In" & "check out" conditions in straight point forms. I may suggest to put a notice or paper in the apartment room as the reminder for the occupant for the procedure of checking out, particularly where tourist are unfamiliar with your rules and conditions.

    Location is fantastic!
    Apartment is in desperate need of a deep clean (showers, carpets and walls). Apartment was dirty, disappointed that it appeared minimal cleaning had been done since prior guests (feedback provided to hosts). Rugs are a trip hazard, we had to roll them up as kids kept tripping on them.

    the property was well located and was clean and tidy. the facilities were good and we were able to enjoy our stay
    the rugs on the floor created trip hazards and I found the instructions to enter the property complex, particularly given we had a vehicle.

    Great apartment for staying central but check in is a bit tricky if driving and there are no parks.
    The location was great and close to tram/trains and was easy to get around from there.
    The sheets on the bed need to be larger as every time you moved in bed the under sheets came off and no-one wants to be sleeping on a mattress with no protective cover. I had to strip it and remake it with the sheet sideways so it could be tucked. It is starting to get a little dated and could do with a good bleach clean in the bathroom.

    Lengthy instructions, key different location to stay and
    I liked the location and the comfort of the beds
    Key pick up location is different to the actual location of stay. As a couple with a young child and travelling due to work, time was not in our favour and yet we found ourselves running around to just get into the apartment. The directions provided by Robyn were very long and at times confusing. I wouldnt recommend this place for families with children and those who are looking for convenience or short on time. Robyn was good at responding to requests via the booking.com app. However, I also found it interesting that a mobile number was not provided and we were expected to communicate via booking.com app if we had any issues which again was very inconvenient. We were only provided a number on checkout in case we had negative feelings we wanted to share and so it was encouraged to message directly prior to posting here. Finally, for the price of the property $570 for two nights I naturally expected a superior service. the location wasnt as clean - the laundry had a smell to it perhaps it wasnt aired out, the dryer was old and didnt work. Additionally, the air ventilator in one of the bathrooms was not clean. We also had special requests such as no alcohol yet were provided alcohol. Additonally, requested a cot and found no cot. Also, requested a later checkout given the young age of our infant and were told for an additional two hours we should be pay $45 (which was surprising considering the cost of the stay) to pay for an additional cleaner to finish on time. It was just very poor. Having said that, Robyn was responsive and apologetic when I raised the issues around the cot and alcohol.I just wanted to provide honest review and it isnt personal but I wish I had known these things prior to my stay as it made things rather difficult.

    we had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Highly recommend!!!
    The property was described and pictured as advertised on the website. It was fully contained to what we needed on our 4 day stay - from complimentary toiletries, to the wine, chocolates and it had rice cooker too (bonus!). I didnt realise the two bedroom apartment had an ensuite as well which was another bonus as I thought it only had one main bathroom and toilet. The view from 35th floor was amazing. The property was fully secured, the pool was nice and it has a spa as well. Public transport everywhere plus the free tram zone just around the corner from the property. Essential shops like Coles just across the road from us. We didnt even need to hire a car while in the CBD which saved us $$$. Robyn (our host) was easy to communicate with. Easy to message and call her. All together the property was great!
    It was just a bit overwhelming at first when Robyn messaged me the instructions on how to get into the building, how to retrieve the access card to the apartment and how to actually access the security lock on the door but as soon as I called Robyn and gave me instructions where the mail box was (to get the access cards) - from there it was a breeze getting into the apartment.
