The hotel was just right for our short stay in Palermo - we were very pleased with our chioce.

Perfect location for us - centrally situated opposite the Teatro Massimo and in a pedestrian zone close to markets and street cafs, and city tour buses leave from very nearby - about a minute's walk. Every one of the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Nice breakfast too.

Entrance to the hotel is up a flight of stairs - could be awkward for anyone with mobility difficulties, but okay for us. Some renovations in progress, perhaps that will include installing an elevator (I'm afraid we didn't ask).

Superb

Double glazing made it nice and quiet even though the hotel is in the heart of a busy area

The location was perfect for visiting key galleries and churches - and close to great shops and cafes. Plus the late check out was a real bonus for us as we had an afternoon flight to Rome. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage and explore and come back to check in.
