    The hotel is on 3 levels on a hillside. We received a back end triple room (Room 10) on the lowest level which was effectively a dungeon with a tiny window with no view. Even though there was another nicer garden facing triple room open both the nights we stayed, the manager chose to give us the worst room. It was musty and smelled. The wifi did not work in the room, only in the common area so false advertising. Overall the worst place we stayed in during our 3 weeks of travel in Sri Lanka. Also it's not in the city center as advertised on booking.com. it's on the top of a hill so a scooter is needed to come back up. Be careful as the photos so not match what is advertised. See photos below.

    Wonderful bed and breakfast
    Lovely little bed and breakfast that was maintained very well. Wonderful breakfast prepared with care and laundry facilities done on time for reasonable rates. The hosts Nirupa and Ashan are wonderful and do a great job running the place. Just a 10 to 15 min walk to Kandy lake. The location and the view from the lounge are amazing

    My favourite stay in Kandy
    Most friendly staff ever. The view from their balcony is lovely. They have a tuktuk driver/guide (Danu). Hell bring you to whatever you want to see.

    Fantastic location and facilities. Inn keepers are extremely warm, friendly and too happy to help at any/every occasion.
