To expensive for what you get

Buy my opinion definitely not worth the money they charge for the night .Restaurant on the top is really great but service is really poor . Since I had a late check out at 2 pm I need to be escorted with security guy in to the room to collect the luggage by myself .It has been situation that I dont wish anybody to happen anywhere

This is definitely the nicest hotel I have ever been. Modern style room is outstanding and What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by your team. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for and well taken care of. Thank you for such great experience in Milan hope to see you again!

Very good

Delightful 3 night stay, with the hotel, a performance at La Scala, the Brera, all highlights.

Everything except the below.

Synchronisation between TV and sound bar was poor, and sound bar quality was ordinary. Shower control was difficult to turn when soapy! The digital lighting controls need more explanation as part of the induction for older guests

Very welcoming and relaxing hotel, a great place to stay

Wonderful hotel - our second time here and have already planned our next trip back. Very relaxing and welcoming hotel, lovely staff, from the reception, to the porters, to the breakfast staff. Cant really fault it!
