Great for our short stay in Zurich

Easy location to train to the centre of Zurich - about 10 mins. We purchased 24 hour train tickets allowing easy access around the city. Laundry facilities to allow washing which was great for us on an extended overseas trip. A little complicated to figure out the wewash app, but figured it out 24 hour reception was helpful with a late flight in to Zurich. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pizza at the bar was also a great option for a night in

The stove wasnt working well in the kitchen. We could only get one hot plate to work with multiple groups wanting to cook.

Very good

The hotel is really close to a train station and a bus stop which makes it easy to go to Zurich HB. Nice breakfast and nice staff working in the hotel. The room is quite nice and comfortable.

Kitchen available for use was messy most of the times and given the size of the hotel is always busy in there. One suggestion I'd like to leave for the hotel management is to provide some drawers because we had to leave our clothes inside the luggage.

Really nice!

Really spacious room, we rented a double bed plus 2 bunks for a family of four and it was a great choice. The people in the hotel are nice and helpful. Close to the Lindt Factory

Kinda far from any public transportation but very accesible by uber or taxi.
