    The price is much too high for the quality/size of the rooms. The view from our room was spectacular!

    Staff was incredibly rude upon check in. Also there is construction going on so the lobby is dreadful. The rooms were also much older and dated compared to the photos. The towels were disgusting.

    PLS CHANGE THE A/Cs of every room - ASAP.
    The people - they make a difference The location - the reason why we stayed.
    The room is good but the mini bar was like having a TRUCK inside the room. The AC needs to be replaced ASAP - NOT GOOD AND AGAIN A TRUCK INSIDE THE ROOM.

    THE WORST HOTEL LOBBY IN SAO PAULO CITY, UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION
    Nothing, the Hotel is showing something completely different at Booking TODAY vs the Lobby that is "under construction", check the attached pictures (comparing what they offer and what is the reality). I don't want to stay on such horrible place, NO ONE ADVISED ME THAT THE LOBBY IS CLOSED AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!
