    Four stars well deserved
    Excellent breakfast, great variety of food and also gluten & milk free options available. Professional & care-taking service -as travelling with a child that was important. We had an early flight home & no time for breakfast at the hotel so the staff made us picnic bags which were really nice to eat later at the AirPort & in the airplane. Beautiful sea view from the premium room, and everything clean and great standard, including the bed comfort, huge towels, bath robes & slippers.
    Sound issues are a very common problem in hotels in general in Spain when comparing to e.g hotels in the Nordic countries. Like you can hear quite well sounds from the corridor when people talk and in our case a couple in the next room was having an argument at 3 a.m, which made us feel uncomfortable as we could hear it well. But no bad experiences besides that and this was only the one night btw Friday- Saturday during our 4 night stay.

    Decided to stay here as I wanted to go to the beach everyday and it was close by.
    Rooms seemed a little outdated. Door panelling was falling off.

    Great hotel to stay while exploring beautiful Sitges!
    Excellent staff and a most excellent stay! Though the 56th Annual Horror Film Festival was taking place, and The Melia houses the main venues for the festival, we had a lovely time and never felt as if we were being ignored or disregarded. Service and cleanliness was always on point. Breakfast was exceptional. Beautiful waterfront restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Sitges is a beautiful city to explore and just get lost in it, and The Melia hotel is a great home away from home to call it a day!

    facilities is by far the best quality of this Melia.
    I didn't like that I stayed in the " old" part of the hotel while some friends were in the " new " part.
