We face a war in that hotel and stuff acted super professional in such dangerous circumstances. Very friendly and caring.

Breakfast is really good! Nice staff, location is perfect, close to the beach and other great locations. Took a step over the boulevard and to Old Jaffa. I can highly recommend this hotel. We were there on the 6th of October, the managers of the hotel took great care of me and my girlfriend. Made sure we had water, food and shelter during the attacks. When everything is more quiet i'd like to go back! Love Simon&Simone

Hotel ok but incapable staff

The hotel is close to the beach and several restaurants. Standard Rooms are very clean but quite small and have only a tiny window facing the wall of the opposite building. Cleaning staff was really friendly.

We were at the hotel during Jon Kippur and had to pay for a breakfast that was not provided on that day. Water was switched off for several hours due to road construction. We were not informed at all, actually were in the middle of having a shower. Overall, really incapable and unfriendly staff, especially the concierge/hostess.

Breakfast is the best thing about the hotel! Don't miss it! The hotel also has a privileged location.

The rooms have no windows, the windows are extremely small and cannot be opened. For me that gave me too much of a closed-in feeling.

Beautiful stylish hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv and very close to the beach. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is exceptional!

My stay at the Mendeli Hotel was the best experience I have had in all the 20+ years in Israel.

The breakfast was outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. The staff were friendly and I felt very much at home at the hotel. I woukd highly recommend and i intend to visit again in the future.

I liked it all.
