No wifi and No lift for the entire duration of our stay-we were not told about this until the evening of our arrival.
As the lock to our studio was extremely loose so we asked to be moved (reception is in a separate building).
Having been moved to a new studio we realise its on a floor higher (no lift) however despite the lift not working-we were too tired to change again-we thought maybe the lift will be fixed soon (didn't happen) then on arrival at the 2nd studio the lock there was also loose ie not screwed in properly to door (!?) bit like the electrical sockets hanging off the wall which we told reception about and I think someone came and secured 1 plug to the wall but there was another loose plug not dealt with.
On arrival back to UK I have contacted the property about compensation but so far have been ignored by them.

Location and a comfy bed.
Sadly in this case the reviews are true! We always like to make our own judgement but this place is definitely not 4 star!!! I wouldnt even give it one. The stairwell to the rooms was like a bad car park stair well, the place is run down and just not a nice place to be.
