    Location, big family room, comfortable king size bed and breakfast
    Some walls and doors were chipped, no toilet brush in the toilet and the towels were pretty old and hard.

    It will not create any memories but gives you a pleasant stay
    Reception was very welcoming and friendly. Good bathroom and toiletries and decent breakfast options.
    Corridor and rooms could have had a more fresh vibe and room a personal touch. Television options looked a little dated, Netflix didnt work.

    good value for money, friendly staff
    it is good value for money and excellent location for the center of Antwerp.
    garage dont have many places but 500 meters away are plenty of external garages. have to plan to unload your suitcases first , then go to the car park, but it is not the end of the world if you consider how close you are to the center. breakfast in the morning was the usal from big hotels but run out of plates at breakfast rush hour. friendly staff , coped quickly with the problem

    Nice hotel but very bad customer service.
    The hotel had a very good breakfast and was clean and nice. The room was big enough and had a good view.
    The customer service was really bad. They let me pay more because i thought i could pay with eco cheques. When i got there, this wasn't true. So i paid more for no reason. After, i had some e-mail traffic and they just never answered or offered a solution. I won't go back there.

    Very good breakfast, nice rooms with comfy beds. In the lobby they have a good variety of drinks until late.
    There was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the corridor. The toilet has no brush. We were told that breakfast could be reserved until 11 p.m. At 10 p.m. I called the reception from the room to make the reservation, but on the phone they said they couldn't do that because they were ending the work program. When I personally came down, they were already able to make a reservation :)
