    Totally underwhelmed if this meant to be a 4 star (it is not) - disappointed that we stayed here - expensive for what it is.
    Cleanliness not to a high standard - smelt musty - dirty windows - lightbulbs missing / broken in the room - toilet fixtures broken, not impressed

    Great central location Very cute balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast and some afternoon snacks Staff were friendly and helpful Room was spacious and clean Bed was comfortable
    Being close to the town centre it did get a bit noisy in the mornings when everyone was waking up and kids were going to school! But that's only a minor issue compared to all the other benefits. Also parking is available at 16 overnight (after 20% discount from hotel) but like most carparks in France, it is tight for large cars! But convenience of having a carpark so close and in that location outweighs the negative!

    Excellent stay, superb location.
    Excellent location, right next to Palais des Papes, just a 2 minute walk from the parking. Staff were super helpful and check in was swift. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The was a great choice at breakfast, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
    The directions given to me to enter into the GPS couldnt be found on my GPS, however we did stop and ask somebody and found the parking, the fridge in our room wasnt working but as we only stayed one night we were not that bothered.

    The location was excellent. Right in the middle of the city. Nice room with a balcony and a view over the square. Excellent air conditioning...if a little noisy!
    There was no communal area. This would have been really useful in the evening and daytime. Had I known I would probably have stayed at the other Mercure in the city. However, it looks as this is being rectified by work being done.
