    The shower. But apparently they will renovate the bathrooms in January 2024.

    Coffee machine in the room was my biggest suprise. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, lovely design. The bed was comfortable. I was able to organise everything in English! The staff was super responsive online and in person, very helpful made our late night check in very easy. Thank you!

    Nice modern hotel in the middle of a historic town
    It was good to have private parking. The facilities were modern.
    The restaurant's food selection could be a bit better.

    Excellent hotel, very convenient and close to town.
    Excellent reception, very good breakfast options. The lady at the breakfast was all smiles even though she was non stop catering to everybodys needs. The location is very good, walking distance to town, free parking and easy access to the towns nearby.
    Not the propertys fault, but the double rooms were very small. However, they had the most spectacular view of Beaune.

    Gave us what we asked for. Breakfast staff very nice.
    Bit chaotic checking in. No obvious reception. Unable to book a table in the restaurant until late, and so had to pay for room service.
