DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

The breakfast was good, although finding someone to help you was almost impossible.

There was no check in counter, they rolled out a small podium and laptop to check you in. The staff did very little to nothing to help me do anything...from finding or suggesting a restaurant to calling a taxi. They always stayed in a small business room next to the area where you checked in. There was no help in dealing with luggage. Basically, they couldn't care less about us. Being right cross the street from the train station, it was more of a transient hotel. I've been a professional traveler for fifty years, and I rate this hotel as one of the worst.

Wonderful airport shuttle. Location is so convenient to CDG. The hotel has a lively lounge and outside space enjoyed by many. The hotel is about 500m from lovely restaurants in Roissy en France and also a park. The room is small and the hotel is under the flight path but this is expected at an airport hotel. Efficient and affordable.

Location was not great and the facility was a bit out of date. But if on business, not bad because int was located right across from the train station. But for a vacation stay, not so good.

Very friendly staff and convenient location across from train station and trams to city centre. Room was also quiet which was nice.

The 2 English channels werent working but otherwise nothing else to complain about.
