Professional, friendly, and efficient staff. The hotel is very close of the Cit.

Standard rooms are a little bit small. but probably like in most of very touristic areas.

Two nights in Carcasonne

The hotel is well situated close to tourist attractions. Room was comfortable. Nespresso machines in rooms a huge plus.

No cool aircon setting in the room. Rooms a bit hot, but it is possible to open the balcony window/door.

Absolutely wonderful base to explore Carcassonne and would stay there again.

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean and the staff were lovely. The garden and pool were fabulous and the air conditioning worked very well, which was important because the weather was 38 degrees!

nice modern hotel very close to old city

Hotel is nice, modern and has an excellent restaurant. it is very close to the walled city (5 min walk) Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. it has a nice garden and pool area.

view from the room depends on which side you are on and which floor.
