Great location.

Location near berjaya times square. Just a walking distance. Alot of food options around the area. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed. Check in and check out is seamless.

Exceptional

Mercure Shaw parade Christmas and New year visit

Location was fantastic in middle of Bukit Bintang easy walk to Berjaya Times Sq and other shopping and tourist destinations. Swimming pool on the rooftop and gym were added bonus, breakfast was fabulous with an extensive selection to suit all tastes and staff including Moinul were incredibly helpful extending Malaysian hospitality

It's a minor gripe but the building orientation was such that views of Petronas and KL tower were only seen from the lift lobby rather than from hotel rooms

the breakfast of this hotel is quite good, there are a lot of choices. the interior environment of the hotel is good. service is good as well.

the only bad thing for this hotel is that the location is just so so, street environment near the hotel is not ideal, and not clean to be honest.

The bed. The location of the hotel.

Request not meet up.(Requested for a connecting room). 2 pillows were given 1 one was too hard the other too soft. Shower temperature was unpredictable this can be very dangerous. Receptionists is lack knowledge.
