Cleans us towels, and bed and pillows are filthy My room has stairs inside of it. Do you understand what Im saying? The location is bad it is and the neck of bottleneck of traffic The housekeeping staff has major attitude when you point out something is not clean And finally, the buffet is below average and disgusting

Fun Xmas Break

Location nearby the beach & Beachwalk mall; with lots of restaurants, bars & convenient stores around. Staffs are always helpful & accommodating. Nice sunset view from the pool (although small pool) overlooking the busy Kuta beach. Will be our hotel in future whenever we will be in Kuta.

Room on smaller side. No proper table top for in-room dining. Breakfast while having some variety, has been almost the same everyday (end up most family members not keen on going for breakfast on the last day).
