Very good

Good hotel with great breakfast

Very good breakfast, very nice hotel staff, close to the Old Town (Vieux Port)

Lack of toiletries (no proper hair shampooing, no hair conditioner, no body lotion) Half-covered shower cabin not practical and chilly 12th floor room impossible to sleep due to noise from rooftop airconditioning machinery

Good stay

The rooms are comfy, the breakfast is really good, fresh and French style. The wi-fi connection was good. The location is close to the main street, to the port and shopping mall, very convenient.

I had a hard time obtaining an ironing machine. The staff told me just that they didn't have one and I had to insist and raise my voice until I managed to obtain at least the premises for obtaining one. I eventually got one, but too difficult for a business hotel where it was obvious people needed to iron their clothes.

One great staff member is enough to make an ordinary experience memorable. Thank you.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Overall, the facilities, the breakfast and the staff were of the highest order. However, the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by one of the staff at the front desk, Ines. There was a strong sewerage odour emanating from the bathroom. Despite requests to have it attended to, it appears the only solution was for a staff member(s) to open the window during the day whilst I was away. Alas, the odour was there in the evenings when I returned. When I brought this issue up with Ines, she promptly came to the room to personally investigate further. Taken aback by the stench, she unreservedly offered another room and within minutes I was transferred. Her polite, friendly, and professional demeanour, quickly erased the negative experiences I had up till this time. She should be commended for her exemplary service.

Quality chain hotel

I chose the hotel because of the name. It's a well-known chain that offers constant quality. I wasn't disappointed. The room was compact but had everything I needed. It was very clean and quiet. A great night sleep.
