Wont prefer Mercure again

Only location

My recent stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The room, characterized by outdated and unappealing decor, was disappointingly dirty and emitted an unpleasant smell. Interactions with multiple employees revealed a collective lack of proficiency in English, making communication challenging. Additionally, many staff members were unaware of basic hotel amenities, such as whether there was a shuttle service to the airport. This compounded the overall frustration, leaving me with reservations about the quality and service of this establishment.

Decent stay at great location but not value for money

The room was spacious and the location was great!

I couldnt get connected to the wifi and there was no signal in the room. The carpet felt old and dirty. Also it was very hard to have a decent shower as the shower head was not working properly which was a shame. Also, i felt the light was not enough for such a big room.

Shortly before my arrival, I was informed that the hotel did not have a room for me. They found me a room at the Novotel Hotel. He was outside the old town. I stood in line for 1.5 hours at a public parking lot (Mercury has its own parking). My room turned out to be more expensive, and the trip to Strasbourg was ruined. I don't believe Mercury anymore.

Super location to walk around the city center, especially during the Christmas period. The staff was very nice and helped us to accommodate our need when we arrived despite I made a mistake while booking.

Be mindful they have limited parking space, so you need to book in advance
