    Enjoyed myself!
    The location was fabulous. Room was very clean and well decorated. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.
    I couldn't work the TV and there were no instructions in the room. I didn't like having to sign in for my key and I was delighted to see someone at the front desk to let me in. No parking available.

    Excellent location, charming room, clean, friendly staff
    Todd was great!!! Cute room, small but served its purpose. The Joes Coffee cards were a nice treat too.

    Loved the design of the lobby & guest roomsvery stylish yet comfortable. Friendly staff. Great roof top deck. Very quiet.
    It would be nice if breakfast was served. It would be a nice way to meet people staying at the property.

    Miss the Beaconlight guesthouse
    Great location
    No longer has the charm of older style guest houses. The building itself is not being maintained as it once was. The hotel company has to either decide to have the amenities of a hotel of rates at 500 per night or have the charm hospitality and warmth of the older style guest house. Not even a ice bucket in room. Bring back breakfast on site.

    Great location and beautiful room.
    When booked it did not mention it was on the 3rd fl or there was no staff on location. We asked for new towels 2 or 3 times via email & voice message, but never received any (we had already placed all the dirty/wet towels in the shower)...we then had to try and dry towels on the sun deck one for flight up. The shower needed adjustment because the coolest setting was blistering hot.

    Getting access to the room was a lot of hassle and could only be done online using a smart phone. There were no staff there to assist.

    A relaxing and enjoyable week.
    1. Well located 2. Suite room was very spacious 3. Property was well decorated
    1. No daily room service (by request only) - at this price point I would expect it. 2. Electronic mobile door keys did not always work. Needed to reload mid week. Happier with plastic keys. 3. Staff not on site to welcome guests. 4. Prefer porcelain cups and sauces / glasses for water - paper cups only offered.
