Not comfortable at all. needs a proper maintenance

I stayed before it was all clean and neat . Now its kinda smelly dusty dirty

The receptionist told us she upgraded us , and the upgrade looks like downgrade . Door doesnt properly closing , shower curtain is dirty , head board of the bed is dusty and with mosquitoes . Carpet is smelly . The room is deteriorating. Shower is leaking even if u cover the shower curtain.

Room was good size and had a little kitchen inside the room has washing machine and microwave pillows and bed very comfy i wanted to find out the brand for the pillows but forgot to ask that's how good they was.

starting to look a bit dated and old tables stacked in the back of dining area ( WHY ) just makes the hotel look untidy can also hear noise from traffic otherwise not a bad hotel.

Beautiful hotel, and I will definitely return.

Beautifully decorated throughout and the rooms were very comfortable, spcious enough and bathrooms are lovely. The breakfast was excellent, and even though it was a buffet, the food was actually warm and very tasty!

It's a shame that none of the rooms have balconies and the location means taking the hotel shuttle to the BTS or MRT, or organising your own taxi.

Very kind and helpful receptionists all of them and also the guy I dont know maybe the manager? He was good tooo. Clean perfectly clean on allergy at all Nice room has everything you need even the stereo was nice There also good parking area

One of the security wasnt nice and friendly there is the sign on pool close at 10 and it was 8.10 he came to kick us off no polite at all no respect If it closed at 8 pm at least should inform guests or changes the sign Difficult to get taxi so we only used grab no problem Walk to the main area 1015 mins

Not a lot - rundown and shoddy shower leaked over floor wallpaper coming off

General condition of room, leaking shower, poorly appointed kitchen, lack of TV channels etc. Not really a 5 star hotel
