Amazing really enjoyed the hospitality...Thankyou...

Me and my partner was in bad way as the hotel we booked previously phoned us on the day we whilst we travelling and disappointedly told us that they had over booked us and we had no room ..so you can just imagine our thoughts absolutely disappointed and having a panic we endured as we already enroute .so Thank God for the Internet and of course came up with your hotel at this time we just something to lay our heads as we needed this break away which has been planned for months...so we were Thankful your company could accommodate us...yes for money value room and breakfast was not up to our standard...but staff were absolutely helpful snd credit to your business...The parking xnd Internet 10/10...keep up the good work.

Bathroom needs a bit of tender loving care...curtains hanging off rails, shower and bath needs grouting...ceiling had a few tiles missing and walls could do with a new coat of paint...and bed and pillows not up to our standard but still had a sleep with aches ...but didn't tarnish our stay....and will definitely be returning as the location of your hotel...Perfect...Thankyou.

Disappointing

There was free parking.

There wasnt much to like to be honest. The receptionist who greeted me when i came to check in whilst myself and my family were still out enjoying our day was ok up to the point when she told me that i parked too close to the hotel and needed to park further back. The room key only let us in after 3 attempts every time i tried to enter the room. When myself and my family returned from our day out i booked breakfast for us in the morning at 9 per person even though my 1 year old and 4 year old would just have weetabix. I expected there to be a vast selection of breakfast options. We walked down to the restaurant for breakfast and we stopped by one of the staff asking for a red card that told her what time we were supposed to come down for breakfast and what table we would be sat at, i told her that the card in question had no useful info on it because i had only paid for breakfast for us after we had checked in. She was very rude and insisted we couldnt sit down until i went back up to the room and showed her the card was useless. When she finally accpeted what i had told her in the first place we waited 20 mins before someone took our order and when the food arrived i opted for scrambled eggs that came with more water than i had in my 2 litre bottle, 1 rasher of bacon, 1 sausage, 1 half slice of fried bread and one hash brown my fiance had the same except she had fried egg. We also had tomato and mushrooms which we asked for not to be served. So for 36 my children ate a bowl of weetabix each and myself and my fiance had a kids cooked breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable too which was a great help as we were travelling home in the morning. That excuse for a room was 171 for 1 night so overall a waste of money.

Very poor

Will not stay here again and not value for money.

Big car park and quick check in.

Booked a sea view - you couldn't see much to be honest - rooms outdated, creaky floors, lift from the 1960's I feel and for sure the hotel is more accommodating to the more senior generation. Not really a great breakfast and or choice either. Just didn't feel comfortable at all. Location is good for a quick walk down to the harbour I must admit. Overall nothing really positive to be honest.
