Middle Woodbatch farm met our needs perfectly.

The warm welcome we received from Mary and Steve. The very comfortable accommodation.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional.

Great B&B in a beautiful part of the world!

Large room, beautifully furnished, clean with a nice en-suite. Bonus guest lounge with a small fridge freezer and Mary left some milk in there for us. Although its a b&B, Mary and Steve let us use their kitchen and cutlery to warm a few things. Although we mostly ate out. Lovely lovely hosts and we will come back.

We cant comment on the breakfast as it was not included and we had our own provisions. great place.

The directions were easy to navigate, and clear signage on approach, the welcome was friendly and the room was spacious with a great view and a very large comfy bed. Could've easily sat and watched the birds all day from the window. Clean bathroom with luxurious towels and extra touches with toiletries were thoughtful. great hosts, great location. Great to have use of a fridge and a guest lounge with informative leaflets on the area.

To be fair, I dont think we wanted anything else from our stay.

Outstanding

Welcoming and very friendly owners. Advice on places to eat, scenic walking routes and local nature. First hand experience of how farmers (it is a working farm) and b and b owners work extremely hard. Excellent breakfasts.
