    It was on the seafront,
    Breakfast not included for the price i paid, when I was packing up the lady came chasing after me for the balance I was putting things in my car and she asked for the key to the room I told.her I hadn't finished, now I'm sorry but that's noway to treat customers, chasing after them.while packing the car, the radiator in the room didn't get hot so they put a electric heater in there,

    Good price, friendly atmosphere.
    Massive gap under the door, room was a little smelly, like wet dog, needs a good bit of decorating. Coffee stains down the draws and the bed side table draws were full of bits.

    Went as a group - there was a nice room with sofas to relax and chat in. Otherwise fairly basic
    Shower very difficult to set. Food ok but nothing special. Staff generally pleasant, but rushed. Better value to book directly with hotel.

    Made welcome by staff. Location is brilliant. Dog friendly.
    Location is opposite the beach. Rooms had sea views. Food was good and staff were very friendly.

    Very enjoyable!
    Great location, very friendly staff, food was lovely, and the view we had was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay!
    There were sliding doors to the bathroom which I founnd awkward at times, but nothing major!
