    Staffs are super friendly. Location is great as it is walkable to Ho Guom lake and there are many reataurants nearby.
    The price is so expensive compared to the quality of the room that I have stayed

    The location was good
    The staff werent very welcoming, the room wasnt ready at check-in time and the bed was uncomfortable. The taxi organised by the hotel was a lunatic driver.

    have stayed at this hotel twice and will probably return.
    good location near hoan kiem lake. also near an airport express bus stop and main train station. friendly and helpful staff. large quiet room, good value.
