    - the room was great and clean - the view amazing
    - for a b&b you have to pay extra for breakfast and also if you want to use the AC

    Close and conveniently located to get into town, the restaurants and boats. It seemed to be all uphill, but thats Italy
    Convenient to getting into the town center and the boats to travel on the lake. Very nice neighborhood and staff.

    Friendly staff, easy access to the room and comfortable stay
    Can be challenging to get to, we didnt realise there was an easier way to the property and walked along the stairs which was difficult The shower is quite small and it took a while for the hot water to kick in

    Position and parking at the property.
    Although it's called B&B, the "B" for breakfast isn't included in the price. The parking is on the premises but yet it wasn't free. I'm more willing to pay if it if it was in another location such as a regular garage. The AC was 10 per day if we wanted it. We were told to open the window instead because it's cold at night. The problem was that the windows had no screens to stop mosquitoes or any bug from coming into the room, and then, at 6 am outside our window, they started preparing for the day and making noise that woke us up because of our window being open. And we had to pay pretty much for anything. For that price, breakfast, which is the reason why they call themselves B&B, and AC should be included. I won't stay there again. Sorry.

    Lovey views, room and staff but main attractions were difficult to get to by foot unless you were very fit.
    Very clean and well decorated
    Although the location was stunning, without a car there were 150 steps to climb there and back to get to any restaurant or boats.
