    A relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting
    A very relaxing setting overlooking bay and the turquoise blue waters of the sea with mountains in the distance. We were very excited to discover we had a sea view when we hadn't booked it. The beds were really comfortable and the food in the buffet restaurant was really good quality. There was some vegetarian food but not a lot. The hotel is set on a hillside, so it's aesthetically pleasing and has lots of great sea views. There were 3 swimming pools - all of which seemed fairly quiet. The location was great - on the outskirts of the pretty town of Agios Nikolaos- about 15-20 minutes walk. The staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive. We will be back!

    Not a lot to dislike! If I'm being very picky, the only thing I can think of is the lack of soft drinks available. They didn't have any fruit juice - just squash - which was the same price as a glass of wine! But then there was a taverna opposite.

    Lovely hotel, excellent location
    Had a lovely comfortable room. Check in was good with friendly professional staff. The view was amazing from our pool room. good location to walk to nearby amenities and beach
    Would have like water replenished daily in our room and complimentary soft drinks and beer in the mini fridge. Food was a bit monotonous and not alot of choice. The pool was very cold so did not swim in it. Lots of uphill walking/steps to hotel, room and pools.

    Our standard room was upgraded upon arrival, and we got a superb sea view deluxe. The staff was very accommodating and expressed true hospitality. The breakfast and dinner was excellent, with plenty of choice and variety. Would definitely go there again!

    Great location! We had the suite with jacuzzi and did not expect the room and balcony to be so spacious! Had our own sunbeds too. Fabulous views from our room and pretty much everywhere at the resort. Great food and staff was very lovely.
    No water provided, just one bottle on the arrival. We missed lunch one day, but there were only some fruit, sweets and ice cream at the snack bar. Entertainment was nothing exciting

    Beautiful location and facilities, food not great. Very steep hill up to the hotel
    Most beautiful views from the hotel of the whole bay. Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a suit with a private pool for free which was a lovely surprise. Most of the staff were very friendly.
    The hotel is about half an hour walk to the main town where everything is. And its a very steep hill back up to the hotel. We stayed b&b and asked 1 day if we could have lunch. It was 30 each and we were told that included all food and drinks, once in the restaurant my partner asked for a second beer and was told we would be charged for it. Definitely not worth the 30 each. The food is not great, edible but not good!

    The entire Resort! Although it's a bit older, the style of the buildings / foyer / rooms is fine and there is still revitalistion / refreshing activitey ongoing to set very modern elements in room, restuarant, etc. So all public (foyer, main hall, breakfast restaurant, a la carte bar and restaurant) are nice, rooms are fine as well in terms of space, clean, furniture. further most of the rooms have an amazing view on/towards the sea, the entire mirabello bay, the city / city habour... - very scenic. The service in the restaurant is great, as well the dishes / meals we have got provided on the buffet are great in terms of variety/choise, as well taste. - big thanks to the cuisine as well.

    Only challange we had was the bathroom / toilet, as the flushing is a bit weak insufficient amount of water or the waste pipe is to small / low.... So u need to do the flushing 2 - 3 times.

    Veronica was amazing and provided excellent advice and service. We had a great holiday at Miramare.
    The breakfast offered vast choices and everything was delicious. The location within walking distance of Agios was very handy.
    If youre a night owl its fine but if you like to have peace and quiet at night the music is loud and quite annoying. Take earplugs and youre fine.

    the resort is wonderful and the personnel are very well trained. the space is quite big and the infinity pool is really nice. they upgraded the room I have booked for free so I had the chance to stay at the one with the infinity pool.
    for the half board they invoice the water and the juice on dinner and this is a pity. they should find another way to differentiate from all inclusive or get some extra money if they wanted. the resort has all the amenities and asking money for the water is not professional at all. They should have increased the price of the room with 2 per night.
