    The location was great and we enjoyed the cleanliness and ambiance. The services was sub par overall
    Location was fantastic. Thats why we chose this hotel.
    The staff in multiple areas were totally unfriendly. We waited for 30 minutes, flagged down, walked up to multiple people at the rooftop pool and not one would help us. We were completely ignored.

    Location.
    The hotel books out its rooftop pool and bar for private parties without notice to guests. The one warm and sunny night on the Saturday of the weekend the hotel closed its rooftop facilities to guests.
