Superb

Lovely house, close to the seaside.

So the house itself is amazing, the kitchen has everything you need and the living room was a good size. The house is on the student side of town, of which we didn't mind it was 10 mins from the beach. Loads of local shops and for take outs or a bit of food shopping, The pictures posted are real and are of the house and how it looks.

The main bedroom bed was a double bed, Could do with fans in the rooms also, That's the only issue really.

Location was very disappointing, but loved the house and the host.

The house was beautiful and it was very clean and comfortable. Daryna was absolutely wonderful.

Hated the location, all you saw was numerous overflowing council bins. It was not a pretty sight, when we paid a lot for the house. The amount 1350 was far too much when compared to the location which was dirty and a building site.

Definately a great modern house

The host communication great. Before my trip they emailed me stating they would not be there on my arrival and informed me with instructions such as the code for the key lock, where spare bedding is for the sofa bed etc. On arrival the property was really clean and we was welcomed with a bottle of bubbly. They design of the house was definitely modern and had great utensils in the kitchen with a handy dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and surface spray. They also had family board games which kept us entertained. Location of the property was great as it is in the heart of everything such as the town centre and the beach. We also loved the Google nest and we used it very often to listen to music.

The cons of the property was that the front door did not seem quite secure especially for where the house is located by two alleys. The bathroom did not have a window so there was a build up of mould on the corner of the shower and on some of the tiles. The bathroom can also get quite steamy and they fan it not strong enough to fully air out the bathroom. Also the area was noisey on party/nights out days due to it being near to alot of bars. Due to the location of being by bars we did see quite a few drunk people wobbly down the street and one passed out in the side of the street near the house.
