    Convenient and comfortable.
The hotel is in the perfect location for touring Granada, a beautiful city rich in culture and history. It is across the street from Plaza Nueva and is an easy walk to the Cathedral, the Alhambra, the Royal Chapel, many local churches and monuments as well as the neighborhoods of Sacromonte and Albaicin. There are a wide variety of restaurant choices of many cuisines as well as diverse shopping opportunities within a few blocks of the hotel. There is a popular restaurant in the hotel as well as a small grocery and a pharmacy less than a block from the hotel. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The room was compact, modern, clean, and comfortable and provided all of the amenities. The streets leading to the hotel are restricted, so you must register your car information with the hotel to access the parking garage located in the hotel. The garage is small and I would recommend that once your car is parked, you leave it in the garage until you check out. You can walk or take taxis from the hotel. There is a taxi stand at the Plaza Nueva.
We did not have any negative feedback on this hotel.

Great location in the heart of Granada.
The first room was small, dirty, and very hot and humid. You could not open the window because of the terrible smoke outside. They eventually got us a better room that was a little bigger and not that hot. The TV was a joke. Smaller than an average computer monitor.

Right in the centre, easy access to the Alhambra (uphill) and cathedral. Large room with Juliet balcony; big comfortable bed, fridge, kettle. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lots of cafes and dining places nearby. Will definitely stay again.
Nothing that I didn't like, it was all great.

    Excellent Option in Granada
Old hotel, but modernized and well maintained. Spacious room and bathroom. Reasonable shower, with very narrow water flow. The hotel is close to numerous restaurants and there are excellent eating options in the area. Easy access to Alhambra via bus or a short taxi ride. Going on foot is not recommended, as it is a considerable climb and you will be walking a lot inside the Alhambra. We walked back with no problems. ***IMPORTANT***: If you are traveling by car, strictly follow the instructions provided by the hotel and do not use Google Maps or Waze. Because it is a controlled access street, the GPS sends you to another path that has nothing to do with it. The hotel provides access to these controlled roads, once you provide your car's license plate number in advance. Parking is very tight and requires some dexterity behind the wheel. Compact vehicles are strongly recommended.
There was a lot of noise from a bar inside the hotel, right below our window. The windows were double glass, but they didn't block out all the noise. It wasn't problematic, but it is a point of attention.

    Great location!
The location was the best asset.
The inflexibility in the booking. My credit card was hacked; so, I asked the hotel to allow me to pay on arrival, but they insisted I replace the hacked card by an active one. All the other hotels I have made bookings with, were very flexible and trusting.

Highly recommend the hotel. Keep an eye on the dishonest waitstaff at the restaurant, or avoid it.
Great location. Walking distance to most monuments. Close to public transportation and taxi stand. Room Service available from restaurant located at hotel lobby.
The attached restaurant, Los Manueles - Monjas del Carmen, offers a nice menu. But, do check the prices on the menu vs. the check and count your change if paying with cash. On two separate occasions, I felt the waitstaff tried to pull one over on me by adding more expensive item to my bill that should have been $23 Euros instead of the $40 Euros originally charged. Also, at breakfast, I paid the $15 Euros price with $100 Euro bill, and the change was missing $40 Euros. Very disappointing of the service because the foot is good.
