    We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is lovely, very well furnished and very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful. The communication with the hosts was very easy.

    Everything was perfect! The cottage had everything we could possibly need and the bed as so comfy. Wish wed had stayed longer!

    A wonderful experience and would highly recommend a stay at the cottage.
    Loved the peaceful, private location and the cottage was very cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfy!

    Area was lovely; location was misleading.
    The property during the day was exceptional. The views from the cottage were beautiful! The peaceful atmosphere in the evening was something I definitely needed and loved. So thank you for that :)
    Arriving in the evening wasnt great. Its quite dark by 4pm but check in was from 5pm onwards, so trying to find a remote location in the dark when you arent familiar with the area isnt the best. Although the host was trying to be accommodating, the utensils and other items in kitchen area needed a wash before use. Area was not completely clean. Saying that the bedroom area was lovely, clean and comfortable. Final thing to note, advertising said Portree which is a why I booked. The location was actually over half an hour from Portree which was quite annoying as I would have preferred something central to Portree.

    Stunning!
    This place is like magic! We were amazed by the view and the apartment was much bigger and equipped than we expected. Absolutely stunning area and you could really 'hideaway' from everything. I especially loved the bathroom and traditional Scottish shower gel. Oh and that view from the kitchen table! Thank you for our stay, wish to come back!
    There is nothing I would change at this place.

    Perfect Hideaway
    We could not have been happier with the property and location! Beautiful views from all windows, perfectly furnished and equipped, Jessie's Hideaway was the perfect home away from home for our three days on Isle of Skye. Given that we spent our days hiking, it was wonderful to return to the comforts of the generous hot shower, the cozy wood stove and a home cooked meal. The kitchen is probably the most efficient and well equipped I've ever enjoyed while traveling. Absolutely loved our stay!
    This is just a suggestion: It would have been lovely if an extra set of sheets+ blanket or duvet had been readily available. This particular couple - despite more than 3 shared decades together - still has trouble sharing a single bed cover !

    A Home from Home
    Loved this wee cottage, prefect place to relax after a busy day exploring Skye. Slept like a baby both nights it was so quiet. The kitchen was stocked with utensils needed so we chose to cook our own meals both nights. Beautiful views from lounge window, enjoyed with local seafood and a glass of wine. Perfection !
