Cheeky, charming and characterful apartment for a short stay, in a fantastic location. The standard is very high.

The location is excellent. The decor, the feel good factor of the apartment. The team were very welcoming.

At stretch.2nd bedroom is very small, as a twin room- but fine for a weekend stay.

We had a great time and the location was perfect.

We had a problem with the bedroom door become stuck. The internal door handles need replacing. Lack of sufficient wardrobe space.

Location. We stayed for 2 nights and parked the car then didnt use it until we went home again. This property is full of character and history. Earl of Faversham apartment is super.

Great location. Must see Town Mill, amazing bakery, brewery and great restaurants all very close. Beach and lovely fossil museum nearby.

Couldn't have been better and would definitely return

Location was perfect 5 minutes walk in any direction to the beach and and in easy reach of the shops. Dog friendly with a small park located immediately outside of the property ideal for emergency needs in between the long walks.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful properly, highly recommended

Beautifully decorated apartment in a gorgeous listed building, fantastic location in the middle of town so very easy to walk everywhere and so close to the sea! Lovely to be provided with all the essentials, tea, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towels and loo rolls.and the biscuits and wine were a real treat. Parking permit was much appreciated. Bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Really quiet location in town too, and the little park opposite is very pretty. Detailed info before we arrived was very helpful, and the owners were very keen to make sure we were having a good stay. We met the lady who did all the cleaning, she was lovely and was clearly doing a great job as the place was spotless. Lyme Regis is a gorgeous town, so much to see and do, and of course the location on the Jurassic Coast is fantastic especially for anyone who likes coastal walking (or fossilsof course). Restaurants were all really busybest to book ahead. We had a fantastic short break and would highly recommend this place to stay.

This isnt a complaint, just something to be aware of in terms of location.we arrived at peak time late afternoon on a warm September day and the streets are very narrow, not one way and the traffic was chaotic. If I was to do one thing differently I would park up on one of the car parks at the top of the hill and pay for an hours parking, take the minimal number of bags possible and walk to down the hill to carry the luggage to the flat! Wheeled cases would have been ideal. We could have then collected the parking permit from the flat and walked back (NB short walk, steep hill) to put it in the car. We had to drive round a few times before finding a space on street to pull into to quickly unload which was not the most relaxing start so would have helped to know an alternative approach as we didnt know the town at all. Ordont arrive at peak time when the town is heaving! Lesson learned :)
