The place was clean, very neat and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very hospitable. The security was on point and the place is very safe. There is enough free parking. The location is close to tourist attractions like Montecasino, Fourways Mall, Fourways Farmers Market, etc. The place is aesthetically pleasing.

The property can improve on the kitchen facilities such as wine/champagne glasses, pots, cutlery and dish cloths. The pool should be cleaned at all times for those who like to swim in the morning. You should also try selling food for guests (breakfast, dinner, buffets) for convenience.

Very good

Comfortable, affordable, neat and tidy

The hotel is in a great, fairly secure, location for travelling around the area. Roughly 400meters from Monte Casino. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating as far as possible. The room is comfortable, has enough amenities for a comfortable stay, comfy bed, and spacious area, with enough storage space. Full size fridge, washing machine, microwave, four plate stove, iron and ironing board, and a safe.

There being renovations done (seemingly throughout the night), made the noise levels quite challenging when trying to sleep. Apart from grinding and things being moved around, and hammering during the day, there were also the similar noise challenges at night things broken down, moved...workers would pass the room talking loudly throughout the night, and at times would call each other from one side of the corridor to the other - talking very loudly. I trust and hope these renovations will be done soon, as very little was slept in an area that is quite comfortable. The bathroom setup being quite open with the toilet and shower basically behind faded glass, and basically in the kitchen, is suitable for a couple, but not so much for a family with children or other. Other than for a couple this setup could be quite awkward...

The place is currently under construction, a bit scary because there's various people walking around, just becomes a safety concern. There was a problem with the water in the morning had to call reception to have it sorted out.
