We do recommend this hotel!

Best breakfast although had not plenty of variety (but for 5-days stays we enjoyed it so much). The room was big and clean with a sea view balcony and enough toiletries, tea, coffee, water, mugs and kettle. The staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel also had an excellent spa for a reasonable price and free sports facilities (enough for temporary trainings on vacation). Also there is a private clean (!) beach in 2-minutes walk. We also had a HUGE bed with clean bedding set! Our towels were changed daily.

Nothing to complain about. We wish you prosperity and not not lose the quality that you are providing now to your customers.

Marmaris winter holiday

Perfect location. Close to the beach and beach facilities. Breakfast was an experience. The gym and sauna met expectations.

The t.v channels didn't work properly. After a few requests to the reception, I left it on ice.

Another Great Stay.

Weve stayed at motto premium a few times now and its always are go to hotel when staying in marmaris. The rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfy. Its a 2 min walk to the beach and has plenty of shops around the hotel, the town centre is a 15 min walk away or 5 mins in a taxi. So everything you need is close. The staff are all polite and friendly which makes your stay more welcoming. Especially Mustafa on the reception who goes out of his way to give you a great stay.

Good but not great, could have been a LOT better.

Great room size with lots of space (we had king suite), hotel is very modern and spacious with lots to do internally. You really need the indoor pool during winter stay as outdoor pool is dirty (chemicals not kept up) so its great customers have access to the (freezing cold and very high on chemicals) pool and sauna free of charge. Would have been nice to use the outside pool despite being out of season.

We booked half board in winter (dont recommend as theres nothing to do) food is very limited, basic and quality isnt great. We waited half an hour at a time just for drinks in an empty restaurant. Hotel rooms werent as clean as they could be, not sure if this is just the case in quiet seasons? Bed sheets and towels never looked clean, always given towels and sheets with stains and marks on them. Even when the sheets were changed and we were given fresh towels each day they had lots of stains on them. Good job we brought our own towels. The actual Hotel restaurant wasnt open so we had to eat at Happily which is attached to the hotel, again, not great. We went half board, we would have thought at least one soft drink would have been included but had to pay three times the supermarket price just for a Fanta and Ice Tea. Not all restaurant staff bothered to give the 10% discount hotel guests are entitled too when eating/drinking off of the set menu. Although, female restaurant staff couldnt be faulted.
