Superb

Good property. I could feel myself enjoying the greenery and mountain all over around me. Ambience wise nice and the staff was very polite and cooperative. Food was good. The surprise was the gala dinner and cracker show. Good place to visit and relax.

Overall stay was good!!

The room was valley facing and had scenic view from the balcony, we could see the sunset from out room which was better than the traffic prone Sunset Point, the service was good and was quick to respond, overall the stay was good.

The hotel had very little parking space and was bit congested. However the staff was supporting and helped to park the car and get it out. The food was not that great though.

Memorable stay at mahabaleshwar

1. The hotel staff including the housekeeping staff members, waiters in the restaurant, receptionists etc are very polite and well mannered. They are very prompt in terms of attending to room service requests and delivering food / refreshments etc. Even though the hotel was fully occupied when we went, all of our orders were delivered to our rooms within 5 minutes. The restaurant waiters also personally attended to us and made sure we had everything that was available. 2. The rooms, garden, washrooms etc are very clean and tidy 3. View from the rooms is beautiful. You can see the sunrise from the hotel balcony 4. Location of the hotel is perfect, all the tourist attractions are accessible from the hotel and you get the peace and quiet that you want at a vacation.

Awesome experience

It is one of the best places to stay in Mahabaleshwar in the 5000 a night segment. Uninterrupted views, private balconies with neat and contemporary interiors... Good service, nice staff, yummy food in budget... Kudos to the management. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A couple of recommendations: 1) mosquito net panels on the bacony... so one can keep the sliding door open and enjoy the cool fresh breeze without having to worry about the insects.. 2) Introduce some sustainability ideas like soap dispensers instead of disposible plastic tubes and water flask instead of plastic bottled water. And pillow top mattresses would certainly be a huge upgrade if possible..

Comfortable and enjoyable stay for two days.

The food was good. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The lawn and valley view was really great. Each room had a balcony facing the valley. Well appointed rooms.

Maintenance of the rooms can be better.
