    Remote location with a great view of the Smokey Mountains.
    Roads are bot well lit and can be scary for new drivers.

    Loved it overall. Went with my fianc to enjoy the Christmas lights
    The bed was comfortable. I loved the big deck, the flooring is so pretty, plenty of linen, loved the big windows, and the location! Beautiful little cabin.
    The rug in the living room smells like urine. With a pet friendly place they shouldnt have carpet. The lights in the hall bathroom turn off by pushing the restart button on the plug-in. The long light on the bed in master bedroom really needs cleaned and swept around the edges. There was a few pieces of trash the housekeepers left laying on that light and in kitchen, the floors needed a good sweep.

    Do not rent this home due to a severe mold problem!
    The location. The kitchen had all we needed except a working can opener. Comfortable beds. Linens and bath towels were nice. The deck and grill was also nice to have for the week.
    Black mold throughout the home, especially on the ceiling in the living room. You walk into the house and you are hit with the smell of mold. This is bad and it needs fixed before it gets someone sick!! The bathroom in the main bedroom leaked water from ceiling during a rain storm. Cobwebs throughout the home. Most were within reach to clean. The guest bathroom also had mold problems under the floor. Tiles coming up. The amount of money I spent renting was not the quality I expected. We stayed because making other arrangement would have wreaked our vacation, plus didnt have the money to spend on other accommodations. I rent a cabin every year for the past 8 yrs and some have not met my expectations, but this was by far the worst. I sincerely hope this survey gets attention and the mold problem is fixed for future renters.

    It's secluded with nice views and a hot tub that topped the whole experience.
    The master shower had a drip. the water pressure could have been a little bit harder. It did not stop me from enjoying everything. those are the only things I could think of.

    Overall I would definitely stay there again.
    Wonderful location and was perfect size for our family. Nice location just outside the busy part of the city.
    Bed was uncomfortable in master bedroom. Little dirty and not great water pressure in master bathroom shower.

    The only things we liked: 1. The color scheme was attractive and the appliances were new. 2. The narrow view between the trees to the mountain was nice.
    The issues that ruined our stay: 1. Grey water came up through the floor when flushing the commode. See pic. 2. Water dripped from the ceiling onto the master bed. 3. Chunks of food were found in the dish washer. 4. Hot tub was unsanitary, cold, green, and inoperable. See pic. 5. Ants were in the kitchen and spiders in exterior doorways. 6. Motion lights were insufficient while traversing outside stairs. 7. Deck boards and walkways were extremely slippery from slime. See pic. 8. Empty kitchen trash can smelled so bad it had to placed outside. 9. Road leading to the location was very dangerous at night and wet. 10. Property manager and Vacasa were not responsive after the visit.

    The location is great. super close to downtown and restaurants.
    the house was not very clean. the refrigerator leaked and made noises. the hot tub was dirty. no curtains in back room which left no privacy for the person in that room. the house has ants and dead bugs were found when we arrived. every guest got bit during the night. the places really needs some work.

    It was s nice place to stay and great view. Will stay another time again there
    When we got to the house the jacuzzi was cold and nasty. Someone came out the next morning and cleaned it and filled it up . It's hot by that night so we enjoyed it. One of the toilets was badly stopped up. After the 2nd day we were there I finally got it undtopped.
