    Improvement possible
    The staff is very helpful and nice. The breakfast is very good and good coffee.
    The toilet flush did not work most of the time. The shower is mostly cold. The room was very cold. During 5 nights the trash was never emptied which is not nice since your toilet paper accumulates. The aquarium in the breakfast room smells a bit too fishy for my taste.

    Big room and good location for the price.
    Breakfast not the best so ended up skipping it most days. Hotel did a wash for us which was returned damp (we were leaving for a tour so didnt notice till hours later when came back to smelly clothes). Seemed to charge more for boat trips and coach travel than other local hotels.

    Great central spot in Cat Ba
    Everything was fabulous! The fresh breakfast and dinners, the quiet street, the hotel was around many great eateries. Very central. Thank you Lam! I'm sure this is repeated often, but the mattress was very firm. After a night or two your body adjusted. Not complaining, but firm. I would stay here again. Beautiful hotel. Lam booked us a day cruise to Lan Ha Bay and it was very reasonably priced! Also bus tickets!

    One of the most comfortable stays of my entire Vietnamese trip. Spacious rooms with big beds. Plus super clean bathroom. I really appreciate the window with a real view. Super affordable for the quality
