Bad

It was vey much disapointing, when I called the property in the morning to arrange a camp fire on the day of check-in, I was surprised to hear that my booking was not confirmed eventhough i had the confirmation from Booking.com. They where blaming booking.com. It was very bad experience, if i would have travelled with my family to the property what will be the senario. But luckly i could find another property. Please i need an explanation on this issue from booking.com Regards, Jacob
